Use & care
Heat in a clean microwave for up to 90 seconds, following the guide attached to your Warmies. Make sure the turntable spins freely. Reheat once it returns to room temperature. For cold therapy, seal in a freezer bag and freeze for 2–3 hours. Surface wash only — never submerge in water or machine wash.
