Sure Start Freeze-Dried Sourdough Starter Culture

Sure Start is a freeze-dried sourdough culture built so that beginners see something happen in the first few days — real bubbles, real rise, real fermentation — instead of staring at a flat jar wondering what went wrong.

It begins as a hybrid culture: organic sourdough culture blended with potato flakes, wild yeast, and probiotics that get fermentation moving quickly and reliably.
