How to Make It
- Pick through and rinse the beans. Soak 4+ hours in 8 cups water (or boil 10 minutes and stand 2 hours). Drain and simmer in fresh water 45 minutes until tender.
- Sauté 1 lb. ground turkey in 2 Tbsp. oil.
- Stir in the packet, 1 can (14 oz.) drained artichoke hearts, cooked beans, and 6 cups chicken broth.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer covered 1 hour.
