How to Make It
- In a 3 to 4-quart pot, bring broth to a boil.
- Reduce heat and stir in soup mix, one cup salsa verde or green chile enchilada sauce, and chicken.
- Return to a simmer, cover and cook for 25 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Add shredded cheese, stir until melted, and serve with a lime wedge garnish.
