How to Make It
- In a 3 or 4-quart pot, bring broth to a boil. Reduce heat and stir in soup mix, chicken and celery.
- Return to a simmer, cover and cook for 35 minutes.
- Stir in lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste and serve.
- Optional: omit the lemon and add 1 cup light or heavy cream.
