How to Make It
- Form approximately 60 small meatballs from turkey sausage mixed with the breadcrumb seasoning and egg; refrigerate.
- Heat oil, sauté onion, and add the vegetable & seasoning packet contents.
- Add broth and bring to a boil.
- Add the meatballs, cover, and simmer 20 minutes.
- Bring to a boil, stir in the pasta and escarole or spinach, and simmer covered 10–15 minutes.
