Heating and cleaning

Use a clean microwave with a freely spinning turntable and follow the timing guide attached to your mask — 90 seconds is the ceiling. Let it cool to room temperature before reheating. To chill it, seal it in a freezer bag for two to three hours. Spot clean the surface only; this should never go in water or a washing machine. Check the temperature against your wrist before it touches your face.
